On Thursday 15 September, at 4:15 p.m., the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Paolo Gentiloni, will meet in Florence’s Palazzo Vecchio, the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs of the United Kingdom, Boris Johnson.
At the end of the meeting, which is expected at around 5 p.m., they will take part in a joint press conference.
Journalists, photographers and TV crews interested in following the press conference are requested to apply for online accreditation by filling the interactive form at the link http://mae.accreditationsystem.info/ITA/Indice.asp, attaching thereto, unless already provided, the information requested in digital format (letter from the media organisation and, for representatives of foreign media, also a Note Verbal released by the Embassy in Rome of the media organisation’s Country) no later than 10 a.m. on Thursday, 15 September .
If it is not possible to complete the online accreditation procedure, applications should be sent by email to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation’s Institutional Press and Communication Service at the following address: accreditamentostampa@esteri.it (tel. + 39 06/3691.3432 or 8573 or 8210).
Accredited journalists, photographers and TV crews should enter Palazzo Vecchio from the entrance on Via della Ninna, between 4:15 and 4:30 p.m.
