REMINDER – PRESS ACCREDITATION NOTICE – “Mediterranean Women Mediators Network” (Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, 26 October 2017)

On Thursday, 26 October, at 9:00 a.m., the “Mediterranean Women Mediators Network” conference will be held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.

The event, organised in cooperation with IAI (Istituto Affari Internazionali) and WIIS Italy (Women in International Security Italy), will be attended by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Angelino Alfano, IAI Director, Nathalie Tocci, and WIIS Italy President, Irene Fellin.

Luca Giansanti, the Director General for Political and Security Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, will deliver the opening address.

Representatives of the African Women Mediators for Peace, the Nordic Women Mediators Network, the European Union External Action Service and the OSCE will also attend.

The will be open to the press at the following moments:

8:50 a.m.                Family  photo

9:10-10:15 a.m.      Opening session

10:20-11:20 a.m.     High-level round table     

Journalists, photographers and TV crews are requested to apply for accreditation in one of the following ways:

–    by filling out the interactive form and selecting the event at the link http://mae.accreditationsystem.info/ITA/Indice.asp, attaching, unless already provided, the information requested in digital format (letter from the media organisation and, for representatives of foreign media, also a Note Verbale released by the Rome Embassy of the media organisation’s country);  

–   by sending an email to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation’s Institutional Press and Communication Service at: accreditamentostampa@esteri.it (Tel. + 39 06/3691.3432 or 8573 or 8210), attaching the letter of their media organisation with personal data (or press card for freelance journalists) and, for members of the foreign press, a Note Verbale released by the Rome Embassy of the media organisation’s country.

Accredited journalists, photographers and TV crews can enter the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation at the main entrance, left-hand side, from 8:15 a.m.
