On Thursday, December 19, 2019, the Farnesina will host the Central European Initiative (CEI) Summit of the Heads of Government.
The meeting will be chaired by Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte. The Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Marina Sereni, will attend the meeting.
The program envisages the following events open to the press:
10:00 – 10:20 a.m. Welcome of the Heads of Delegations
10:25 a.m. Family photo
10:30 a.m. Address by Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte at the opening session
The press may follow Prime Minister Conte’s address in the overflow room at the Farnesina.
APPLYING FOR ACCREDITATION
Journalists, photographers and TV crews interested in covering the events open to the press are requested to apply for accreditation by 5:00 p.m. on December 17, in one of the following two ways:
• ONLINE, at the link https://portaleaccreditamento.esteri.it, attaching thereto the requested documentation in digital format (letter of his/her media organization containing his/her personal data and, for members of the foreign press, also a Note Verbale released by the Rome Embassy of the media organisation’s Country).
• VIA E-MAIL to: accreditamentostampa@esteri.it, (Tel: +39 06/3691.3432 – 06/3691.8573), attaching thereto the aforesaid documentation.
Accredited journalists, photographers and TV crews may enter the Ministry from the rear entrance, on Via Macchia della Farnesina, from 8:15 a.m. until 9.00 a.m.
For any requests to position satellite devices, the plate numbers and models of vehicles shall be communicated to the e-mail address accreditamentostampa@esteri.it by 5:00 p.m. on December 17.
