The meeting aims to offer the opportunity for a confrontation between associations of the female world and NGOs to promote concrete initiatives in favour of the civil and human rights of Afghan women.
The event will be attended by the Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Marina Sereni, the Deputy Minister of the Ministry of the Interior, Ivan Scalfarotto, the Vice-President of the Chamber of Deputies, Maria Edera Spadoni, Senators Emma Bonino and Roberta Pinotti, and MPs Laura Boldrini and Lia Quartapelle.
