On Tuesday 14 December 2021, Rome’s candidacy for World Expo 2030 will be submitted to the General Assembly of the Bureau International des Expositions (BIE).
Remotely attending the event will be Luigi Di Maio, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation; Roberto Gualtieri, the Mayor of Rome; Giampiero Massolo, the President of the Nomination Committee; and Giuseppe Scognamiglio, the Director General of the Committee.
