Friday, 6 May, at 11 a.m., the Farnesina will host a press conference to present Codeway – Cooperation Development Expo (https://www.codewayexpo.com/) in the Aldo Moro room. Codeway is an event organized by Fiera Roma with the support of the Lazio Region, the Rome Chamber of Commerce, and Unioncamere Lazio, scheduled from 18 to 20 May. The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Marina Sereni, will open the event, followed by Luca Maestripieri, Director of the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation, Antonella Cavallari, Secretary General of the Italo-Latin American International Organization, and Wladimiro Boccali, Codeway Coordinator.

Codeway Expo is dedicated to international cooperation, with a specific focus on companies in a context in which the private for-profit sector is destined to play an increasingly decisive role but still struggles to establish itself as protagonist. It was created to promote its collaboration with the traditional cooperation actors – institutions and civil society organizations – supporting and stimulating both public and private businesses in their pursuit of the Sustainable Development Goals outlined in the United Nations 2030 AGENDA.
