Export Objective: Businesses and Territories of Northern Italy towards the 2026 National Export Conference
(Turin, 29 April 2026)

On Wednesday, 29 April, the event “Export Objective: Businesses and Territories of Northern Italy towards the 2026 National Export Conference” will take place in Turin at OGR Torino. The event will be chaired by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Antonio Tajani.

The initiative, promoted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation in collaboration with the Italian Trade Agency (ITA), Cassa Depositi e Prestiti (CDP), SACE and SIMEST, and with the support of the Piedmont Region, is the first of three preparatory stages for the 2026 National Export Conference, which throughout the year will focus on the territories and businesses of Northern, Central and Southern Italy.

The Turin conference is addressed to the Regions of Piedmont, Valle d’Aosta, Liguria, Lombardy, Trentino-Alto Adige, Veneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia and Emilia-Romagna.

Proceedings are scheduled to begin at 11:00 a.m. with welcome remarks by the President of the Piedmont Region, Alberto Cirio, followed by the opening address by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Antonio Tajani.

A series of thematic panels will follow, featuring contributions from the agencies of the “Sistema Italia”, business associations and companies. At the end of the morning session, closing remarks will be delivered by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Antonio Tajani.

In the afternoon, proceedings will continue with meetings between companies, Heads of Trade Offices, Directors of ITA offices abroad and experts from ICE, CDP, SACE and SIMEST. In parallel, the “Growth Lab” showcase will take place, aimed at presenting and promoting internationally outstanding initiatives in culture and Made in Italy representing local excellence. Experts from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will engage with public bodies and stakeholders from the business, cultural and creative sectors to develop dedicated internationalisation pathways.

Proceedings will be open to the press.

Journalists, photographers and cameramen wishing to attend the press-open sessions are requested to register no later than 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, 28 April, via the link https://portaleaccreditamento.esteri.it, attaching the required documentation.

Accredited press representatives may access the venue via the main entrance at Corso Castelfidardo 22 and collect their badge between 09:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.

No new accreditation requests will be accepted on 29 April; only substitutions will be permitted.
