OICE Report 2026 on the presence of engineering, architectural and technical economic consulting organisations abroad
(Farnesina, 20 October 2026)
On Tuesday 20 October 2026, the presentation of the OICE Report 2026 on the presence of engineering, architectural and technical consulting organisations abroad will take place in the International Conference Hall at the Farnesina.
The proceedings will begin at 4.00 p.m. with opening remarks from the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Antonio Tajani, and the OICE’s President, Giorgio Lupoi.
The opening session will also feature speeches by the President of the Italian Trade Agency (ICE), Matteo Zoppas; the Vice President of Confindustria for Export and Investment Attraction, Barbara Cimmino; and the President of FIDIC (International Federation of Consulting Engineers), Alfredo Ingletti.
The programme will focus on the presentation of the OICE Report 2026, prepared by CER (Centro Europa Ricerche). This will be followed, in turn, by two thematic panel discussions: the first on the topic ‘Geopolitical challenges and repositioning. The role of engineering and design in global markets’, featuring presentations by Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF), Cassa Depositi e Prestiti (CDP), PROGER, AD Technical and SEINGIM; the second, entitled ‘Action Plan for exports to high-potential non-EU markets: opportunities for engineering, architecture and technical economic consulting organisations’, featuring presentations by SACE, SIMEST, Rina Consulting, FS Engineering, SPERI and 3TI Progetti.
Journalists, photographers and video journalists wishing to attend must submit an accreditation request by 9.00 a.m. on Tuesday 20 October, registering via the portal https://portaleaccreditamento.esteri.it and attaching the required documentation.
Those already registered on the online portal and who have received confirmation from the system may access their profile and select participation in the event.

Accredited press will be able to access the Farnesina on the day of the event via the main entrance, left-hand side, and collect their badge between 3.00 p.m. and 3.30 p.m..
