Tunisia: enhancing cooperation with Italy in the field of amministrative justice

Italy and Tunisia enhance their cooperation in the field of administrative justice. Italy’s Consiglio di Stato has been awarded a twinning project through an international selection process that is meant to support the reform of Tunisian Administrative Justice.
It is a success story that has been made possible also thanks to the support given by both the Italian Embassy in Tunis and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. It is part of Italy’s increasing commitment to promote cooperation projects between the different Administrative Justice systems of the Mediterranean countries.
The twinning project will develop over two and a half years, and will focus also on training and institutional communication. The project will benefit from the experience Italy has in the field of the administrative telematic process (PAT) and in decentralisation on the basis of Regional administrative courts.
