The 59th series of meetings of the General Assemblies of WIPO is currently under way in Geneva, with the participation of 188 Member States and more than 1000 delegates.
The Assembly’s agenda includes the principal issues relative to intellectual property and the agreements governed by the Organisation, as well as institutional and budgetary matters.
Italy supports the allocation of financial resources to protect geographical indications.
