Helsinki: Italian start-ups on show at Slush 2019

This year, there are 12 Italian companies at Slush Helsinki 2019, the Expo for Start-ups conceived for expanding enterprises looking for investors, mentoring and venture capitalists. The attendance of Italian companies at this annual global event involving the major players in the universe of innovation is organised by the Italian Embassy in Finland and by ITA/ICE Stockholm. At the Expo, the Italian companies occupy spaces organised into “demobooths” to assure the possibility of grasping all the opportunities offered by the leading European networking event for start-ups. On the day before the opening of ‘Slush’, the Italian companies were invited to the Residence of the Italian Ambassador together with the people interested in interacting with Italy’s economic system. Italian Ambassador Gabriele Altana highlighted the energy that characterises innovative young Italian enterprises, and wished them the best of luck.
