With the patronage of the Embassy of Italy, the fifth edition of “Barolo & Friends in Helsinki”, organised by the “I Vini del Piemonte” consortium, took place on 25 August 2022.
The event was hosted at the exhibition centre at the Hanaholmen Hotel. Its aim is to help Piedmont’s wine producers to identify and consolidate new commercial opportunities in Finland, a growing market of great interest for exports of high-quality wines.
A tasting for wine professionals (importers, distributors, media) was followed by sessions for enthusiasts and members of local wine associations. The event also included master classes to foster greater knowledge of Piedmont’s diverse range of wines.
