Three nights of sold-out concerts for the Perth leg of Ludovico Einaudi‘s Underwater Australian tour. The famous Italian pianist and composer returned to perform in Western Australia after seven years, presenting his new album Underwater, as well as an anthology of his extraordinary musical repertoire, to the audience at the Perth Concert Hall.
Among the many guests was the Ambassador of Italy to Australia, Paolo Crudele, “proud of the enthusiasm with which the Perth audience welcomed Ludovico Einaudi’s unique talent”.
The cycle of concerts took place as part of the annual Perth Festival and was the final stage of the tour that saw the celebrated Italian composer also perform in Sydney and Melbourne over the past few days, in three sold out concerts.
