A new stage in the implementation of the Export Action Plan is coming to Mexico City: the Italy-Mexico Business Forum will be held in the Mexican capital on 22 May.
The initiative is organised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, in collaboration with ITA, on the occasion of the visit of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Antonio Tajani.
The initiative will bring together companies, associations from the production world, and institutions of the two countries with the aim of exploring concrete opportunities for the development of economic-commercial and industrial relations between Italy and Mexico.
After the opening of the plenary session by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Antonio Tajani, and the representatives of the Mexican Government, speeches by the Heads of the Italian and Mexican export and investment support agencies will follow.
There will also be four thematic round-table discussions dedicated to an in-depth analysis of collaboration opportunities in the following sectors:
- Automotive: vehicles and components
- Machinery: industry 4.0, agro-food production and processing
- Green Economy: energy transition, waste treatment and recycling, water purification and treatment
- Physical and digital infrastructure: energy, transport, telecommunications, services.
At the end of the event, Italian companies will have the opportunity to meet their Mexican counterparts in a BtoB session to discuss topics of mutual interest.
