The feature film Anna, dedicated to Anna Magnani—one of Italy’s most celebrated actresses—was screened at the Université Catholique de Lyon (Campus Carnot).
The screening was attended by the film’s lead actress, Monica Guerritore, and producer Roberto Zaccaria. The event was organised by the Italian Cultural Institute of Lyon, in collaboration with the Consulate General of Italy in Lyon and the Université Catholique de Lyon.
Following the screening, Monica Guerritore engaged with the enthusiastic local audience, sharing insights into the personal and artistic journey of Anna Magnani, immortalised on screen.
The Lyon event marks one of the film’s first steps on the French market, following its national premiere in Paris on 26 January.
