PRESS ACCREDITATION NOTICE – Seminar on “Irregular migration from Ethiopia to Third Countries” (Farnesina, 17 November)

On Friday, 17 November 2017, from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. the MInistry of Foreign Affiard and International Cooperation will host a seminar entitled “Irregular Migration from Ethiopia to Third Countries – Analysis of the causes of the phenomenon and possible solutions within the framework of AICS programmes.” The seminar is organized by Cifa Onlus in cooperation with Ce.Spi.
Laura Frigenti, director of the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation, will open the event, which will be attended by the Ambassador of Ethiopia in Italy, NGOs representatives and cooperation experts.
Deputy Foreign Minister, Mario Giro, will chair the final session scheduled at 12:00 p.m. This session will be opened to the press.

Journalists, photographers and TV crews interested in following the final session of the seminar (12:00 p.m.) are requested to apply for accreditation in one of the following ways:

–    by filling the interactive form at the link http://mae.accreditationsystem.info/ITA/Indice.asp, attaching thereto, unless already provided, the information requested in digital format (letter from the media organisation and, for representatives of foreign media, also a Note Verbale released by the Rome Embassy of the media organisation’s Country).   

–   by sending an email to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation’s Institutional Press and Communication Service at the following address: accreditamentostampa@esteri.it (Tel. + 39 06/3691.3432 or 8573 or 8210), attaching thereto the letter of his/her media organisation (or press card) and, for members of the foreign press, a Note Verbale released by the Rome Embassy of the media organisation’s Country.

    

Accredited journalists, photographers and TV crews can access the Ministry from the main entrance, left-hand side, from 11:30 a.m.
