The joint statement in which the Tuareg and Tebu representatives expressed their support for the Serraj government was assessed as very positive by Deputy Minister Mario Giro. He stated his satisfaction with the work being done in Libya by the Sant’Egidio Community, which has for a long time been involved in discussions in the country as part of the peacemaking work carried out by the Libyan Presidential Council.
