To celebrate the 1st Week of Italian Cuisine in the World, Elena Aleksandrovna Kostjoukovic will present her book “Perché agli italiani piace parlare del cibo” (“Why Italians Like to Talk about Food”) on Wednesday, 23 November at 7:30 p.m. at the Italian Cultural Institute in Córdoba, Argentina. The writer will guide participants along an itinerary across the history, culture and traditions of gourmet Italian food.
