The Italian Cultural Institute of Montevideo organised a week of events starting on 22 September dedicated to the themes of sustainability in the sectors of food and architecture. Events included conferences, exhibitions and presentations by noted experts and was also included in the programme for the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the Department of Architecture of the University of the Republic of Uruguay.
