Uganda: italian businesses discover the country’s potential

A good outlook for growth, plentiful oil and mineral reserves, a skilled workforce and a potentially huge market. This was the snapshot of Uganda presented at an event in Confindustria entitled “Italy-Uganda: partners in business”. Participants included the Ugandan Premier, Amama Mbabazi; Uganda’s Ambassador to Rome, Deo K. Rwabita; and the Deputy Executive Director of the Ugandan Investment Authority, Tom Buringuriza.
