All eyes on Italy in Shanghai, thanks to the two Italian Language Days organised by the Italian Cultural Institute, in which public and private institutions both local and of the Italian community took part, with representation also from other cities such as Ningbo, Shaoxing, Suzhou, Nanchino and Hangzhou. Consul General Vincenzo De Luca introduced the event.
On the first day, dedicated to “Italy and China: Synergies, Collaboration and Bi-Directionality”, it was announced that a cultural cooperation committee would be appointed, while the second day centred on the “Cliq project for a unified system of examinations for the certification of knowledge of the Italian language”.
