Warsaw – An exhibition to celebrate the Italian Cultural Institute’s first 80 years

The Italian Cultural Institute in Warsaw is celebrating its 80th birthday with an exhibition of drawings by great Italian artists, on loan from the Uffizi Gallery in Florence.

The exhibition also includes letters and articles regarding the opening of the Institute, on 12 November 1934. Forced to close at the outbreak of the Second World War, the Institute re-opened more than two decades later, on 5 May 1965. Read more, in Italian
