China – Real Italian food, 35 restaurants awarded

A total of 35 Italian restaurants in China received awards from the “Italian Hospitality” quality certification project promoted by Unioncamere, with the support of the National Tourism Research Institute and 5 Italian ministries (Foreign Affairs, Cultural Assets, Economic Development, Tourism and Agriculture). The award ceremony, organised by the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Italy, was held at Food Hospitality China, China’s most important food & beverage trade fair, where the “Authentic Italian Food Quality Experience” guide-book was also presented.
