Italy-China – Collaboration growing in the space sector

Italy and China are developing their collaboration in the space sector, most recently with the successful launch of the Dark Matter Particle Explorer (DAMPE) satellite from Gansu province. Switzerland also took part in the project, along with the National Institute for Nuclear Physics (INFN) and the universities of Perugia, Bari and Lecce.

As the Italian Ambassador in Beijing, Ettore Sequi, observed, the project marks an important achievement by Italy and China, two countries that view research as a key element in their strategic bilateral partnership. Read more, in Italian.
