Farnesina Open Doors – The Farnesina joins the clean-up initiative promoted by Retake Roma

With “Farnesina Open Doors” the Foreign Ministry does not only want to open the Palazzo dell Farnesina to citizens but also to reach out to the hosting city, supporting initiatives of civil society organisations promoting environmental sustainability and the urban decorum of Rome.

This morning citizens, families and employees of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation can volunteer to work in “Retake Zona Farnesina”, a part of the “Retake Roma” initiative, organised in association with AMA Linea Decoro and the Historical Centre Emergency Management Section of Rome’s municipal police. The initiative is aimed at cleaning city streets, removing stickers and unauthorised graffiti in the area surrounding Palazzo dell Farnesina.
