Buenos Aires – “Live the Evolution of Design”, a conference on Italian design

The “Viví la Evolución del Diseño – Milan Design Week 2016” conference will be held on June 29 at the Auditorio de la Asociación de Amigos of the National Museum of Fine Arts in Buenos Aires. Renowned Argentinian interior designer Gabriela López will offer a view of new trends in international design presented at Milan’s 2016 Salone del Mobile Furniture Fair. Ms López has taken part in the fair, the most important in the world for design, for the last ten years and has also provided journalistic coverage. At the conference, she will also talk about another top-notch event which will once again bring the world of design to the Italian city: the Triennale di Milano. The event in Argentina was organised with the Italian Cultural Institute in Buenos Aires as part of the events for the “Verano Italiano” (Italian Summer) 2016, which celebrates Italian cinema, music, opera, art, food and wine. The “Verano Italiano” was launched 2013 by the Italian Embassy and Consulate General in Buenos Aires, the Italian Cultural Institute, the Italian Government Tourist Board, ENIT, the Italian Trade Agency ICE and Argentina’s Ministry of Culture.
