The programme “Invest Your Talent in Italy” will be presented at the Italian Cultural Institute (Francisco Sosa 77 – Coyoacán, Mexico City) on 7 December. Through this programme, public and private partners will offer scholarships for outstanding students from some of the Countries considered to be of priority importance for Italy’s economic system (Azerbaijan, Columbia, Egypt, Ethiopia, Ghana, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Mexico, Turkey and Vietnam).
The scholarships (of approximately 8,000 euros per year) include classroom courses in the participating Universities completed by an internship in a company (of approximately three months) and exempting the scholarship holder from paying university fees. The courses offered by the programme are English-language second level university degrees and a master’s degree in Engineering/Advanced Technologies, Design/Architecture, Economics/Management.
Invest Your Talent is an initiative promoted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (Directorate General for Cultural and Economic Promotion and Innovation), ICE – Agency for the promotion abroad and internationalization of Italian companies and Uni-Italia, with the support of Unioncamere and Confindustria. The aim is to put Italian companies in contact with foreign talents from markets of interest trained in Italy and with skills in the companies’ business sectors.
