On 25 March, Houston will host the Conference of Italian Researchers 2017. The event, now at its 12th edition, is organised by the Italian Consulate General in Houston.
It will be attended by Italian researchers operating in different public and private sectors spanning from natural sciences to liberal arts, technology and medicine. The aim of the conference is to share discoveries and research results in order to enhance their success and dissemination opportunities, not only in the United States but through the global scientific community. The conference will also represent an occasion for the researchers to share their migrating experience. In addition, as is customary every year, the event will also include the ceremony to award the Literary Prize.
This year middle and high school students competed with essays on the theme “Italian Language and Creativity: Brands and Lifestyles, Fashion and Design”.
