The Miami Marangoni Institute, with the support of the Consulate, hosted a seminar on 17 October, which focused on the impact of social media in promoting Made in Italy fashion and style.
The event was divided into three parts: the first part started from changes in our language due to the influence of the Internet as well as new fashion trends.
The second part, referred to as #Dolcevita, showed how iconic symbols of Italy have become widely-used Instagram hashtags.
Finally, for fashion enthusiasts, the third part focused on the importance of the Bodoni font in fashion and its promotion through Instagram, without forgetting the linguistic aspect.
