Webinar “Smart cities and digitalisation: opportunities and challenges for industry and local authorities”
The Permanent Representation of Italy to the International Organisations in Paris, in collaboration with ENEA, is organising a series of thematic online seminars to promote knowledge of the work of the International Energy Agency (IEA), of which Italy is a member, and to foster dialogue to benefit more intense interaction between the IEA’s analysts and our own business and research sectors.
Following on from two previous seminars of which the first, on energy efficiency, took place on 01 February and the second, on hydrogen, took place on 30 April, the third event, on “Smart cities and digitalisation: opportunities and challenges for industry and local authorities” which will take place on 12 May from 15:00 to 16:30, will make use of the contribution of ENEA to identify the tools and incentives available to SMEs and public administrations for the transition to” smart cities “, in the post-Covid context. Alongside the presentations by the IEA and ENEA, the Autonomous Province of Trento and other local bodies will compare and contrast their own experiences in promoting digitalisation and energy transition in the region.
