Ukraine Reconstruction Conference – 26 April 2023.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, in collaboration with the ICE Agency, is organising a high-profile bilateral institutional and business Conference in Rome on 26 April, dedicated to the discussion of interventions and projects through which Italy can provide concrete contributions to the resilience and reconstruction of Ukraine.

 

The Conference will be held in the presence of the highest representatives of the Italian and Ukrainian Governments, the European Commission and the main International Financial Institutions (IFIs) involved in the country, who will present their respective intervention plans in the two phases of fast recovery and medium and long-term reconstruction, as well as the opportunities for participation by the Italian entrepreneurial system. The Conference will be opened by the Foreign Ministers of the two countries and concluded by the Italian Prime Minister and the Ukrainian Prime Minister, and will be divided into:

  • an institutional session;
  • a second part dedicated to International Financial Institutions;
  • sectoral discussion panels dedicated to: Infrastructure and Transport; Energy and Environment; Agribusiness; Health; Digital Sector and Services. Specific focuses will be devoted to Space and Avionics and the Metalworking Industry.

 

How companies can participate

 

The Italian companies interested in participating in the Conference shall complete and submit  the form available at this link. Considering the profile of the event and of the participants and counterparts, the presence at the event of company or Group top management is required. Participation in the event is free of charge and will only be possible physically. Any streaming, which is currently being assessed, will in any case be limited to the institutional plenary session only; the possibility of participating in sectoral discussion panels and/or holding remote meetings is excluded.
