The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Antonio Tajani, will open the event for the presentation of the Interim Report of the Working Group for the Internationalisation of Enterprises in the Biotechnology Sector. This will be followed by remarks from the Minister of Health, Orazio Schillaci.
The event will focus on Italy’s growing role in the biotechnology sector, which is seeing increasingly fruitful collaboration between the public and private sectors.
The Working Group will feature contributions from Matteo Zoppas, President of the Italian Trade Agency (ITA), Maria Cristina Porta, General Director of Enea Tech and Biomedical, Agostino Scornajenchi, CEO of CDP Venture, and Luca De Angelis, Director General for Emerging Technologies at the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy. The event will be moderated by Pierluigi Paracchi, Executive Committee Member of Federchimica-Assobiotec and CEO of Genenta Science (Nasdaq: GNTA).
