The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Antonio Tajani, opens the inaugural ministerial-level event of the World Fusion Energy Group.
Co-organised by Italy and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), the event brings together representatives from governments as well as public and private institutions to discuss how this promising technology can be harnessed to support global development.
Speakers include IAEA Director General Rafael Mariano Grossi, Minister of Environment and Energy Security Gilberto Pichetto Fratin, and Undersecretary of State to the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, Alfredo Mantovano.
