Italy and Barbados embolden cooperation on taxation

During his mission to the Caribbean Countries, the Special Envoy to the region, Paolo Serpi, together with the Minister of Finance and Industry of Barbados, Donville Inniss, exchanged the instruments of ratification of the Convention on Double Taxation that they themselves signed in 2015. The agreement is expected to supplement the two countries’ bilateral cooperation already in place within the OECD Conventions that Caribbean Countries are gradually undersigning.
