Upon indication of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Antonio Tajani, the Farnesina Special Envoy for Reconstruction in Ukraine, Davide La Cecilia, participated in the sixth meeting of the Steering Committee of the Donor Coordination Platform for Ukrainian Recovery and Reconstruction, held in Brussels on 26 September, together with his counterparts from the G7 countries, the European Commission, the Ukrainian Government and International Financial Institutions.
On this occasion, Italy congratulated the Ukrainian representatives and the European Commission for the work done so far, particularly in the preparation of a single plan for the country’s recovery and reconstruction, linked to the European Recovery Facility that the European Union is preparing, and hoped that it would be the point of reference for all donors.
