Development Cooperation

Today at 2 p.m. the Farnesina hosts the conference “Presentation of the new European external investment plan. Business enterprise in Africa and in the Mediterranean”, promoted by the NGO network “Link 2007 – Cooperazione in Rete” with the support of the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation. The conference will open with remarks by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Angelino Alfano, and by the Minister of Economic Development, Carlo Calenda.

The opening session will be followed by thematic sessions attended by representatives of Institutions, NGOs and enterprises.

The closing session will be entrusted to remarks by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Mario Giro, by the Secretary General of the Foreign Ministry, Elisabetta Belloni, and by the President of “Link 2007”, Paolo Dieci.
