Loans – Change in repayment terms

In compliance with the obligation to join the “Piattaforma Incassi” (Collection Platform), starting from 30 June 2024 the terms for repayment of loans granted pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree No. 71 of 3 February 2011 have changed.

Loans granted can now be repaid exclusively as follows:

1. a)   at Post Offices, asking the counter operator;
2. b)   via the website poste.it;
3. c)    at the Consular Office that granted the loan or, if necessary, at any other Consular Office.
