US Secretary of State John Kerry’s arrival in Rome at Ciampino Airport, Rome, is scheduled for Tuesday 25 March 2014. Photographers and TV crews interested in filming his arrival should apply for specific accreditation no later than 14.00 of 24 March.
Online accreditation system. Photographers and TV crews interested in following the event should:
– complete the interactive form available at http://mae.accreditationsystem.info/ITA/Indice.asp
– attach all required documentation (if not already submitted) to the form, in digital format
Required documentation:
– photo
– a letter from your media organisation
– for foreign journalists in Italy: a note verbale issued by the Embassy in Rome of your media organisation’s country.
Applications should reach us no later than 14.00 of 24 March 2014.
If you are unable to complete the online accreditation procedure, please send your application by fax to the Foreign Ministry’s Press and Institutional Communication Service (tel. 06/3691.3432 – fax 06/3691.2122) or by email to accreditamentostampa@esteri.it.
Accredited photographers and TV crews should report directly to Ciampino Civil Airport – Aviazione Generale (and not directly to 31st Flight Formation – 31° Stormo) at the amended time of 09.30 on Tuesday 25 March 2014.
