ACCREDITATION NOTICE: Presentation of the “ADI Design Index” exhibition (Farnesina, 12 November 2014)

The “ADI Design Index” exhibition, to run in Rome from 17 to 26 November, will be presented at the Farnesina in the presence of the diplomatic corps at 11:00 on 12 November 2014. The ADI (Industrial Design Association) is the largest Italian association of industrial design firms, designers and researchers and mounts this jury-selected annual exhibition to display the recent best in Italian projects and products.


Deputy Secretary General Minister Antonio Bernardini will open with a brief institutional greeting, followed by the interventions of Ambassador Meloni, ADI Vice President Giovanna Talocci and ADI executive committee member and internationalisation delegate Architect Alex Terzariol.


Online accreditation system. Journalists, photographers and TV crews interested in following the event should:


– complete the interactive form available athttp://mae.accreditationsystem.info/ITA/Indice.asp


– attach all required documentation (if not already submitted) to the form, in digital format


Required documentation:


– a letter from your media organisation


– for foreign journalists in Italy: a note verbale issued by the Embassy in Rome of your media organisation’s country.


If you are unable to complete the online accreditation procedure, please send your applicationby fax, on your media organisation’s letterhead, to the Foreign Ministry’s Press and Institutional Communication Service (tel. 06/3691.3432-8573-8210).


Accredited members of the press will be admitted at the main entrance to the Farnesina, left side, at 10:30.
