ACCREDITATION NOTICE: Press Conference by Italian, Albanian and Serbian foreign ministers (Villa Madama, 23 January 2015)

On Friday, 23 January 2015, the Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Paolo Gentiloni, will be meeting the Albanian and Serbian foreign ministers, Ditmir Bushati and Ivica Dacic, at Villa Madama.

A joint press conference will take place at the end of the meeting.

Online accreditation system.

Journalists, photographers and TV crews interested in following the event should:

–       complete the interactive form available at http://mae.accreditationsystem.info/ITA/Indice.asp” href=”http://mae.accreditationsystem.info/ITA/Indice.asp”>http://mae.accreditationsystem.info/ITA/Indice.asp

–       attach all required documentation (if not already submitted) to the form, in digital format

Required digital documentation:

–       a letter from your media organisation

–       for foreign journalists in Italy: a note verbale issued by the Embassy in Rome of your media organisation’s country.

Accreditation passes must be collected in person from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation – “via della Macchia della Farnesina” entrance – from 13.00 to 14.00 on Friday 23 January 2015.

Since Villa Madama is closed to private vehicles, there will be a shuttle service between the Ministry and Villa Madama, from 13.00 until the end of the event.
