The “Third week of Italian cuisine in the world”, which runs from 19-25 November, will be presented on Wednesday 14 November at 11.30 at the Officine Farneto in Rome.
The exhibts will be opened by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Emanuela Claudia Del Re, and by the Minister of Agricultural, Food, Forestry and Tourism, Gian Marco Centinaio. There will be contributions by Anna Flavia Pascarelli, Director of the Agri-food department of ICE; Paolo Cuccia, President of Gambero Rosso; Francesco Apreda, Executive chef; Carlo Molfetta, Olympic Taekwondo champion and Alessandro Circiello, Italian Federation of Chefs.
The moderator will be Vincenzo de Luca, Director General for Cultural and Economic Promotion and Innovation. Rocco Pozzulo, President of the Italian Federation of Chefs will present a cooking show by the Italian National team of Chefs ahead of the World Food Championships. Actor Edoardo Ferrario will read passages inspired by Italian culinary tradition.
