On Monday 17 December, at 1.45 pm, the 16th Session of the Italian-Russian Council for Economic, Industrial and Financial Cooperation (CIRCEIF) will take place at the Farnesina.
The Council, which brings together authoritative government representatives of the two Countries, will be co-chaired by Italian Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Enzo Moavero Milanesi, and the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, Denis Manturov, who will both speak at the opening session.
The program includes the following meetings with the press:
• 1.45 - 2.15 pm - Opening speeches by the co-chairmen, Minister Moavero Milanesi and Minister Manturov
• approximately 3.20 pm - Signing of the final document by the Ministers (photographers and cameramen only)
Journalists, photographers and TV crews interested in following the event are requested to apply for accreditation by either of the following modalities:
· ONLINE at the link https://portaleaccreditamento.esteri.it, attaching thereto the letter by the Italian media organization, while the members of the foreign press are requested to enclose a Note Verbale released by the Rome Embassy of the media organization’s Country.

Accredited journalists and photographers and TV crews may enter the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation from the main entrance, left-hand side, from 12.45 pm.
