reminder Press accreditation notice – Presentation of the FARNESINA DIGITAL ART EXPERIENCE (Farnesina, 13 December 2019)

For the first time ever, the event will feature a videomapping performance on the façade of the Farnesina building. Fourteen among the leading Italian Digital Art Studios will redesign the façade of the Foreign Ministry to pay a dynamic and contemporary tribute to the building’s architecture.

The “Farnesina Digital Art Experience” paves the way for a new approach to promoting and internationalising Italian Digital Art in the world: between 2020 and 2021, a reduced version of the performance will tour six cities around the world as part of a collective travelling exhibition digital art organised by the Italian Cultural Institutes.

The initiative is promoted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in partnership with Bright Festival and will also be included in the programming of Videocittà.

The event, which will be attended by the Undersecretary for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Manlio Di Stefano, will be presented by television actor and anchorman Ivan Bacchi.

Journalists, photographers and TV crews interested in covering the event scheduled for Friday, 13 December, are requested to apply for accreditation in one of the following two ways:

•  ONLINE, at the link https://portaleaccreditamento.esteri.it, attaching thereto the requested documentation in digital format (letter of his/her media organization containing his/her personal data and, for members of the foreign press, also a Note Verbale released by the Rome Embassy of the media organisation’s Country).

 •  VIA E-MAIL to: accreditamentostampa@esteri.it, (Tel: +39 06/3691.3432 – 06/3691.8573), attaching thereto the aforesaid documentation.

Accredited journalists, photographers and TV crews can go directly to Piazzale della Farnesina, at 6:30 p.m.
