Reminder press Accreditation Notice – Press Point VM Sereni (Foreign Ministry, 9 September 2021)

On Thursday, 9 September 2021, at 11.45, the Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Marina Sereni, will hold a press conference at the Foreign Ministry, at the conclusion of the “Coordination Meeting on Afghanistan with the Civil Society Organisations”.

In compliance with current legislation on social distancing, a limited number of press representatives will be allowed access to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Only one journalist per newspaper/press agency and one cameraman per TV station will be accredited.

 

Due to the limited available space accreditations will be granted only on a first received first served basis. Only accepted accreditations will be confirmed as having access to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Those who do not receive confirmation will not be admitted.

NB: to gain access to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, please email us a “green pass” Covid passport or the result of a negative swab test (including a rapid test) taken within the last 48 hours.

 

Journalists and TV operators interested in attending the press point may request the accreditation by 09:00 on 9 September in the following way:

  •          BY EMAIL to accreditamentostampa@esteri.it (tel. 06/3691.3432 – 06/3691.8573), with the required documentation attached (letter from the relevant newspaper and, for representatives of foreign press organisations, a Note Verbale from the Embassy in Rome of the country of the press organisation represented).

Accredited journalists and TV operators may enter the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from the main entrance, left side, from 11:00 and no later than 11:30, subject to body temperature checks and wearing a mask and other personal protection equipment recommended by the current regulations.

Please be reminded that communication of the personal data indicated above constitutes an authorisation for their use under Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 and the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) by the Press and Institutional Communication Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Communication, the data controller, for strictly professional purposes and/or in connection with the event in question.
