Two Italian dance companies will participate this year in the Belgrade Dance Festival which will be held in Belgrade and Novi Sad from March 13 to April 12. Ambassador Lo Cascio, presenting the two Italian companies, underlined: “Our participation in the Belgrade Dance Festival demonstrates, once again, the close connection between Italy and Serbia in the field of art and culture as well as in many other sectors”.

The company of Alessandro Sciarroni, performance artist and one of the youngest choreographers to have received the Golden Lion (Leone d’Oro) at the Venice Biennale of Dance (2019), will stage the show “Augusto”, scheduled for Sunday, April 5 at 8 pm at the theatre “Atelje 212” in Belgrade.
