Tajani inaugurates Casa Italia, the new headquarters of the Embassy, Italian Cultural Institute and Italian Trade Agency in London

Today in London, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Antonio Tajani, inaugurated “Casa Italia”, the new premises housing the offices of the Embassy, the Italian Cultural Institute, and the Italian Trade Agency for the promotion and internationalisation of Italian enterprises. The building is located in close proximity to Buckingham Palace, at the heart of the United Kingdom’s political and institutional life.

Casa Italia, realised with the support of leading Italian design and furnishing companies as well as Italian and British museums, will serve as a hub for all actors of the Italian economic system, providing a comprehensive showcase of Italy that combines its economic, cultural, artistic, and social dimensions under a single roof. The venue will be open to a wide range of participants: institutional representatives; entrepreneurs; citizens; students; academics and scientists; athletes; journalists; and figures from the worlds of art and culture.

“Casa Italia will act as a new platform to promote Italy and support Italian enterprises, through the coordinated efforts of all actors of the Italian economic system. This will enable them to deliver enhanced services, support Italian exports, foster growth, and attract investment to our country,” said Minister Tajani.
