On Saturday, 25 October, an Italian citizen died in a plane crash near Nuuk, Greenland, while aboard his tourist plane from Canada.
Alerted by local authorities, the Italian Embassy in Copenhagen followed the case, in coordination with its consular correspondent.
Local authorities located the wreckage yesterday, along with the body of the Italian citizen.
The Italian Embassy in Copenhagen is in contact with the victim’s family.
