Minister of Foreign Affairs Antonio Tajani has sent a letter to the Norwegian Minister of Foreign Affairs Espen Barth Eide to express his condolences on the passing of His Majesty King Harald V of Norway. The Minister of Foreign Affairs described King Harald as ‘a figure of great authority, who guided the country through periods of significant transformation’, and expressed his sympathy to King Haakon VIII, Queen Sonja, the Royal Family and the Norwegian people.
