La Valletta commemorated the 60th anniversary of Italy joining the United Nations. The evening, organised by the Italian Cultural Institute at the Spazju Kreattiv-Saint James Cavalier, coincided with Human Rights Day 2015. The
institute’s director Salvatore Schirmo pointed out the prominent role in the promotion of human rights and peacekeeping operations that Italy has played since 1955. Read more, in Italian
