Berlin – Cinema, an Italian Sunday with “Il Vangelo secondo Matteo”

Pier Paolo Pasolini’s 1964 film “Il Vangelo secondo Matteo” on the life of Jesus as told in the Gospel according to Matthew, will be screened on Sunday, 26 July (16:00) in Berlin at the Babylon Cinema (Rosa-Luxemburg-Str. 30, Berlin-Mitte). The theatre has joined with the Italian Cultural Institute of that city in promoting “CinemAperitivo: vi raccontiamo l’Italia”, a series of Sunday film screenings dedicated to Italian cinema and the works that have left the most indelible mark.
